Welcome to Community Action on Health

We are a charity based in Newcastle upon Tyne established by a GP locality group in 1995 and currently deliver community and patient engagement work for healthcare providers and commissioners. 

We are experts in innovative and practical involvement, working with patients, communities and harder to reach groups to gain the insight needed to design the best, most responsive and cost-effective services.
